Liability for content

We have taken the utmost care when creating content for our site. However, we cannot guarantee that the content is correct, complete or up to date. As set out in Section 7, paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider we are responsible for own content on this site under general law. However, Sections 8 to 10 of the Telemedia Act stipulate that we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information of third parties or to actively look for indications of illegal activity. This does not affect the obligation to remove or block the use of information under general law. However, liability in this regard only exists once a concrete violation of the law comes to our attention. As soon as a violation of the law comes to our attention, we shall remove the relevant content immediately.

Liability for links

Our site contains links to external internet sites of third parties whose content we have no influence on. For this reason we can assume no warranty for third-party content. The respective provider or operator is solely responsible for the content of sites linked to. The sites linked to were checked for possible illegal content when the link was added. Illegal content could not be determined at that time. It is unreasonable to demand constant monitoring of linked sites unless there is a concrete indication of a violation of the law.
