Liability for content
We have taken the utmost care when creating content for our site. However, we cannot guarantee that the content is correct, complete or up to date. As set out in Section 7, paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider we are responsible for own content on this site under general law. However, Sections 8 to 10 of the Telemedia Act stipulate that we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information of third parties or to actively look for indications of illegal activity. This does not affect the obligation to remove or block the use of information under general law.
